Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel any consulting engagement within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that work on the deliverable has not yet commenced, for a full refund.
2. Refunds After Work Begins
If work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on hours and deliverables completed.
Discovery sessions, strategy workshops, and completed reports are non-refundable.
Recurring retainers can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email consultant@sekhemhouse.org with your Stripe receipt number and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees may not be recoverable.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing disputes directly and amicably.
6. Service Delivery Disputes
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in the Statement of Work, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can remediate or issue an appropriate credit.
