Company provides strategic, operational, and leadership consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each Statement of Work (SOW) or Stripe checkout description.

2. Payment Terms

  • All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and processed through Stripe.

  • Payment is due in full at checkout unless a written invoice schedule is agreed upon.

  • Prices on the site may change at any time before purchase.

  • You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to information, personnel, and decision-makers required to perform the engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

Frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Company. Deliverables prepared specifically for Client are licensed to Client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information disclosed during the engagement confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
